Rank the signal categories the AI uses to open each cold email, and set how recent a signal must be to count.
Priority ladder
Each email opens on the highest-ranked category with a signal inside its window. If none qualifies, it falls back to a personalized profile opener, so every merchant still gets a tailored email.
